Abstract

The criterion of peripheral atomic ratio for the active and non active reversible size effects into the graphene like nano materials has created. The macro molecular model of the graphene oxide was used.The values of the macro cyclezation, quantities of the different atoms of the Carbone and Oxygen, average diameters and peripheral atomic ratio as hyperbolic size dependence were calculated. The meaning of the differential peripheral atomic ratio ≈0,5% which set up with 13-14 of macro cycles of the graphene oxide is about with areas between the active and non active reversible size effects have been determinate.The nanomaterials with non active size effect have to be certificated as general materials in the 3D format of the Categories of the Classic Material Sciences Triad such as Composition - Structure - Properties. For another once with the active size - in the 4D format, with adding of Category “peripheral atomic ratio” or “active size”, it was proposed.
