Abstract

It is shown that a deviation of the diffusion constant dependence on temperature from its Arrhenius behaviour is resulted from a non-linear behaviour of bonding forces in material and activation energy respectively. It is confirmed by comparing analytical and experimental data on temperature dependencies of diffusion constants in Zr and V. Full text download
