Abstract

This work is dedicated to the analysis of the influence of the degree of plastic deformation on structural transformations and mechanical properties of steel 20X, has been deformed by rolling at room temperature. Structural sensitivity of standard mechanical characteristics was analised according to the results of a tensile test. The sensitivity of the parameters of plasticity to changes structural states was demonstrated. Compression testing was used to study the influence of dislocation structure on the parameters of strain hardening. The presence of the stage of linear hardening and demonstrated the sensitivity of the coefficient of linear hardening to the degree of pre-strain and the direction of compressive stress.
