Abstract

On the basis of experimental data about the Young’s modulus pressed and rolled not sintered titanium powder materials with different particle sizes assess quality of contacts between them. For this physically substantiated the amount n is the exponent of the Young's modulus dependence of porosity. Shows that with the decreasing of porosity (increasing pressure) Young’s modulus materials increases, but the quality of the contacts between the particles of titanium during pressing and rolling worsens, obviously, because of the increase from stress concentration at porous compression or because of the microdefects form on the boundaries of structural elements.
