Abstract

Structural features (morphological forms of aggregates of synthesized diamonds, size of particles and the nature of their distribution in aggregates, phase composition) of ultra dispersed diamonds synthesized on the basis of different types of non-diamond carbon at its processing at high pressures, detonation and quasi-hydrostatic pressure) were investigated by transmission electron microscopy in combination with microdiffraction.
