Abstract

The computer program reproducing new technology of obtaining local nanostructures (islands) on solid surfaces by atoms condensation method from a focussed molecular beam of nanosize section is developed. On an example of Lennаrd-Jons systems the influence of a number of control parameters (beam energy, substrate temperature etc.) on structure and morphology of islands is investigated. The forming of germanium islands on a single-crystal silicium surface with use of particular collective potentials (Stillinger-Weber and Tersoff) was modelled.
