Abstract

We studied the structure and properties of materials based on encapsulated powder obtained by chemical reduction of cobalt to the iron powder particles of the salt solution. The resulting coating contains 92-96% (wt) of cobalt and 4-8%(wt) of phosphorus. Encapsulation of iron powder and cobalt-phosphorus doping with boron further improves the electrical resistance of iron in 1,5-3 times, which is not always accompanied by a decrease of the specific magnetic losses.
