Abstract

The features of structure formation of condensed layered materials in the sistem copper-iron and copper-nickel were investigated. The phenomenon of self-organizing structure of the condensate at a droplet mass transfer of bathes material to the lining back was establsshed. Technological layer on the lining back determines the structural features of the condensate aggregation. Layering of Cu-Fe and Cu-Ni condensates correlates with the variation of the chemical composition of solid solutions based on copper, iron and nickel from dilute to saturated and by presence of impurities. It was indicated, that anneling of the and Cu-Ni condensates do not excludes of the layering and ingomogeneity of elements distribution, determining of the materials properties. Full text download
