Abstract

A modelby which, while remaining within theharmonic approximation, considerednon-harmoniceffects associated withthermal lattice vibrations. The dependence ofthe lattice parameters andforce constants of the temperature through the energy ofthe electron-ion system, which iscalculatedin second-order of perturbation theory.
