Abstract

Thermokinetics of interaction processes in the reaction mixtures based on nickel and aluminum in a wide range of concentration was studied using high-speed temperature recorder on the basis of the analog digital converter. At the initial stage an exponential growth of temperature is replaced by a linear dependence in relation to the competition of the dissolution of the solid component in the peritectic liquid and heat of the reaction. It was found non-linear nature of the interaction, as in the step of self-steepening of exothermic reaction, and in subsequent time slots of its course. There was obtained a dependence of the rate of temperature increase in step of self-steepening on component concentration. The maximum growth of rate was observed in the concentrations of the components of equiatomic composition.
