Abstract

Investigated the enthalpy of mixing melts Ga—Si—Ni-section along xGa / xSi = 0,6/0,4, and is set to the enthalpy of mixing of the first partial cross section silica xGa / xSi = 0,4/0,6 melts Ga—Mn—Si. Compared eksperementalnye and computed using the method of Bonnier — Cabo thermochemical properties. It is shown that the calculated and experimental data are consistent with each other.
