Abstract

The task to raise wear-resistance and bend strength of Fe—Cr—С system alloys, which obtained by method of powder metallurgy with high content of chromium carbide, was been putted. The regularity of structure and bend strength formation depend on content and obtained conditions of the alloys was been studied. It was shown that grain size refinement arouses the increase of the mechanical properties. The dense material with refine grains and extremely high resistance to abrasive wear has been obtained due to batching of liquid phase disappeared during sintering.
