Features of interaction of titanium with diselenides of IVA transition-metal group in the field of their thermodynamic instability

Abstract

Inorganic physico-chemical systems with dynamic nature of sustainability were found. The emergence of a stable equilibrium structure characterized by the existence of free elements and compounds of different stoichiometry was shown. The concentration limit of the content of diselenide in the composition was found and the transition to the limit sharply reduced losses of selenium.
