Abstract

On basis of numerical simulation of elastoplastic deformation process in case of indentation of solid film on softer substrate with conical indenter an influence of film material yield strength on strength dependence from displacement of the indenter is studied and several methods are proposed to determine the film material yield strength in case when its behaviour is described with the model of perfectly plastic elastic material.
