Abstract

Аnalytical solution revealed that the presence of shear strain caused by rotation of the elements of the press tool to reduce the amount of axial pressure required to produce the same density, to increase the compressibility of the material. At the same time hardening the material of the solid phase of the porous body due to additional shear deformations, resulting in increased thrust. The final result depends on the ratio of the impact of these factors.
