Abstract

Hydrothermal decompositions, hydrothermal crystallizations, hydrothermal homogeneous precipitation, microwave-hydrothermal synthesis, ultrasonically assisted hydrothermal synthesis, hydrothermal synthesis under supercritical conditions, which were used for producing of nanocrystalline powders based on ZrO2, were described. It was shown that received powder were used for production of transformation-toughened ceramics, supports of catalyst, thick films, oxygen sensors, material for SOFC, electrochemical oxygen pumps, thermal barrier coatings, bioinert implants
