Abstract

The current development of industrial electron-beam equipment for the deposition of protective coatings on gas turbine blades by high-speed electron-beam evaporation–condensation of metallic and nonmetallic materials in vacuum is addressed. Comparative technical characteristics of the installations are provided. The capabilities of equipment for depositing various types of coatings are shown.
