Abstract

The conditions of high-speed vacuum evaporation–condensation for producing granulated relite using electron-beam technology have been studied. When the material is deposited onto cooled surface, the deposition production can be refined by removal of metallic and nonmetallic impurities depending on the elasticity of their vapors..
