Abstract

Structure, mechanical behavior and electrical conductivity of zirconia ceramic electrolyte stabilized 10% (mol.) Sc2O3 and 1% (mol.) CeO2 were study. Nanosize powder was produced with co-deposited method and was compared with powders produced DKKK (Japan) and Praxair (USA). Study of electrical conductivity demonstrates that ceramics made with nanosize powder has the highest conductivity at 600-900 оC.
