Abstract

The features of structure forming of composition Cr3C2-Ni basis coating obtained by hot pressing are studied. Possibilities of management by porosity and mechanical properties of the coating due to the change of pressing temperature and quantity of nickel based alloy are discussed. Results are explained in terms of increase of the copula fluidity, worsening of moistened as a result of surface carbide particles oxidization, filling of porosity by the copula during extrusion of copula at hot pressing.
