Abstract

Porosity, structure and technological factors influence on elastic modulus of highly porous materials based on stainless steel continuous fibers of various diameter and quantity is studied. Studied materials quality indicator is found to be significantly higher (elastic properties significantly lower) than the values of this indicator calculated theoretically.
