Abstract

In the investigation of eutectic compositions directed crystallization process in LaB6-MeB2 system the fact of increase of diameter of MeB2 reinforcement component fiber periodically arranged in LaB6 matrix with increase of crystallization speed in the range of pulling speeds less than 4 mm/min has been established experimentally and confirmed by simulation.
