Abstract

The study of powder Cr-Cu composite (50 % (mass) of Cr - 50 % (mass) of Cu), produced by sintering in the presence of liquid phase, static hot pressing and dynamic hot pressing with the aid of the"Tensor" computer-based complex is executed. The usage of "Tensor" computer-based complex increases effectiveness and completeness of information about the material. Thedirect introduction of physical quantities given from the sensors and converters into the computer decreases the probability of the errors of operator and distortion of data during transfer from one measuring or calculating module to another. The attempt to explain mechanical properties of materials basing on the special features of microstructure is made. The deviation of some laws governing the behavior of materials from those forecasted basing on the solid body conception is established.
