Abstract

In this article analysis of existent methods of fabrication of high- strength fight-hardened, dispersive – strengthened and psevdoalloys on copper-base was carried out. The influence of consist, structure, methods of preparation on properties of this materials were explored. The method of production combined electrodes based on the processes of metallurgical production and arc-melting with using CrZr- bronze and additional micro alloyage was elaborated. It was fixed that combined electrodes during contact spot welding of zinked steels show increased resistibility in comparison with all-in-one. The combine current leads with high-melting facing have higher durability too.
