Abstract

Physical broadenings of X-ray diffraction pattern of the WC powder after 72 hours of grinding for reflexes (001), (100), (101) and (300), certain with the use of “Program for search of deconvolution” (PTIKR), which will realize the Tikhonov regulyarization method are represented. It is set that for determination of physical broadenings it is necessary to execute the series of calculations with different parameters of regulyarization. The method of choice of solution near to optimum is offered.
