Abstract

Fatigue fracture and microfracture the deformed alloys of system Ti—Si with the content of silicon from 0,1 to 6% are investigated. It is shown, that the fatigue cracks when bending sample rectangular cross section merging on the surface simultaneously in several places in the appearance of the and semi-elliptic cracks with the ratio of the length to the depth of, mainly, 4 to 1. Increase of the content of Silicon leads to increase the depth of the surface cracks of semi-elliptic normal cracks is from 25 to 50 microns. Full text download
