Abstract

Calculated temperature dependence of the thermal expansion coefficient of cubic mononitrides Ti, Zr, Hf, V, Cr, Th, U, Pu and individual bonds of metal-metal and metal-nitrogen. Naturally changes the position of thermal expansion curves of compounds and their individual bonds of metal 4 to 7 periods nitrides.
