Abstract

The paper examines the influence of sintering temperature in the range 1150–1300 °C on in-teraction of chromium carbide Cr3C2 and a steel Kh13M2 matrix. It is shown that molybdenum actively participates in the interaction process, which leads to the formation of M7C3, М23C6 and M3C carbides already at 1150 °C.
