Abstract

Results over of laboratory tests are brought in water at boring the diamond drills of abrasive circle, granite and glass and at a friction at the abrasive of standards of copula of these instruments. Basis of copula of drills and cylindrical standards the bronze of composition Cu—15% (mass.). Sn not containing and containing in the composition a filler from powders of ultrafine diamonds of brand of АСМ 1/0 and molybdenum. In the copula of drills entered large grains of diamonds of brand of АС200 500/400 also. It is shown that introduction and increase of concentration in the filler of copula of powders of ultrafine diamonds assist the improvement of capacity of instrument : speed of boring of all tested materials increases and his his wear diminishes.
