Abstract

The structure and properties of some of the CM on the basis of copper and molybdenum were investigated. Established the formation of the matrix structure at KM 46% by weight of copper and opportunity of significant increase in the functional properties of the CM with the introduction of alloying elements and special additives, boroncontaining additives determine the plasma parameters and the state of the electrode surface (formation of secondary structure) and reduce electrode wear.
