Abstract

The conditions for sealing samples of the mixture W—50% (vol.) Cu made using tungsten powder activated by grinding in a ball mil l were studied. Impact sintering in a range of T = 900—1000 0C, using sucrose as a reductant from said charge received the samples with a uniform structure, 97—98,3% relative density and improved mechanical characteristics (Rbm = 1170 MPa, HV = 3,176 MPa). Found various forms W crystallization from a melt formed by the action of the arc on the electrode surface of the test composition. Full text download
