Abstract

The interaction between the initial-stage kinetics of the high-temperature creep of KCl and NaCl single crystals and internal stresses formed during deformation is examined. The influence of external stresses and temperature on internal stresses is established. Possible mechanisms of the accumulation and relaxation of internal stresses that determine deformation kinetics are experimentally established and analyzed.
