On polarization and delamination of isolation from the metal surface in the cathodic protection system

The mathematical model, algorithm and software for calculating the dependence of polarization potential and current density from the potential electrolyte — steel plate with round defect of insulation applied to this plate, were built. With the help of computational experiment the dependencies of the critical values of the potential at the beginning of detachment from the site of the defect were determined.
