Abstract

Non-linear slip flow during injection into the mold simulation results are represented. Slip rheological equation includes the concentration of filler (particles) as parameter. Fields of slip flow speeds are built for different powder concentrations. To determine the effective slip viscosity deformation speed field has been calculated, and on its basis average characteristics over entire representative cell have been found. Effective viscosity average characteristics found in such a way considers particles shape, orientation and concentration.
