Abstract

The morphology change of Pd, pt and Rh nanofilms coating thickness up to 100 nm on oxide and carbon ceramics during annealing them in various medium (vacuum, air) under high temperatures up to 16000С is investigated. It is ascertained that films of these metals disintegrated on separate fragments during annealing and in the end coagulated with various intensify depending on substrate nature and annealing medium and coated of various area of substrate. Recommendations about applicability of precious metals nanofilms for brazing of oxide and carbide ceramic materials are formulated.
