Methodological accents and options processing waste metallurgical industry

Abstract

The possibility of processing metallurgy waste is shown, which makes it possible to utilize useful components of the iron-containing waste in the course of hydrogen production. Problems of the physical-chemical stages of reduction and oxidation processes in the technological flow chart of obtaining hydrogen by iron vapor method and savings of the carbon-containing raw material used in the reduction processes are considered. The flow chart of process with the use of renewable solar energy including cyclic using the worked-out reducing gas, which brings the production to a safer ecological state, is presented.
