Abstract

The work ofnanoscale structure Cu—Fe3O4—CeO2—Fe3O4—Cu on alternating current was studied A positive and negative sign of tunneling magnetoimpedance (TMI) at different conditions were observed. The greatest magnitude of TMI = 754% correspon-ded to the largest spin electron polarization in the Fe3O4 layers, which was egual to 93,8%.
