Abstract

Among the technologies, rapidly developing now, a special place is occupied by the additive. They allow you to form a finished product without the use of traditional production methods. The introduction of these technologies is especially important for aerospace and aeroengine industry. Objective—to determine the possibility of using domestic powders heat-resistant materials in the additive processes. It is shown that for additive technologies promising materials are heat-resistant materials of domestic production. It was found that the powders of domestic production have a large fraction composition are on the surface of the satellites, chips and granules, surface morphology and microstructure of the particles is typical of heat-resistant nickel alloys. Thus, based on the above, the heat-resistant nickel-based alloys EP741p custom SE “USSI” can be used in additive technology.
