Abstract

The wetting by sessile drop method and the contact interaction of polycrystallic silicon with metal melts in vacuum 2·10-3 Pа in wide temperature interval were studied. The aim this investigates was a elaboration of brazed joining. Fe, Ni, Ag, Cu, Ge melts acts with silicon solid and wetting of substances. The brazed technology of polycrystallic silicon with metal was elaborated.
