Abstract

The synthesis of powders of solid solutions based on chromium disilicide by the method of low-temperature vacuum synthesis with preliminary mechanotreatment has been investigated. Products in the form of nanosized powders have been obtained at a temperature lower by 300―400 оС than the temperature of synthesis without mechanotreatment. Such powders of solid solutions are promising for the manufacture of resistive materials by the methods of ion-plasma and magnetron sputtering of targets.
