Abstract

 Based on investigation results of as–cast and annealed at subsolidus temperatures alloys of the Al–Ti–Pt system in the range of compositions 0–50 at. % Pt the melting diagram and reactions scheme (Scheil diagram) of the system are constructed for the first time. It is established that the ternary τ3, τ4 and τ8 compounds are formed congruently with participation of liquid, the τ1, τ2, τ5, τ6, τ7, τ9 and τ11 — compounds — by peritectic reactions. All compounds take part in phase equilibria with participation of liquid phase, forming 31 four–phase and 28 three–phase invariant equilibria, realizing at the temperatures from 1410 to 660 ºС.
