Abstract

The dependence of the Ba/Ti BaTiO(C2O4) precursor ratio on the synthesis parameters (C, pH) in the range of initial reagents solutions concentrations of the 0,1—1,5 М and solution pH of the 4—6 is presented. The values of the synthesis parameters for the production of barium titanyl oxalate with Ba/Ti 1—1,01 are established. A sample with a Ba/Ti ratio of 0,999 was obtained. The precursors were prepared by depositing the oxalate complex from solutions of metal chlorides in a given range of pH and concentrations. The determination of the Ba/Ti ratio and the character of the samples thermal decomposition was carried out using X-ray fluorescence and thermogravimetric analyzes, respectively.
