The brazing of super hard composite materials on a basis of boron nitride for products of tool and constructional purpose

Abstract

The wetting angle by adhesive-active solder of the superhard a material on base cubic nitride boron is measured. The wetting angle, depending on the temperature of the soldering, measured in vacuum by sessile drop method. It is fixed that wetting angle on cubic boron nitride is bigger in contrast with composite materials on his base; with increasing of the temperature of the soldering (850-950 оС) the wetting angle for the all explored materials have decreases. The products for the instrumental appointment - a cutting tool and models of products for constructional purposes such as a rods, step-bearing, bearings, slider bearing - were produced.
