Determination on the basis of method of pseudopotentials of characteristic parameters (temperature, concentration) of eutecticum is in the system of Hf – HFB

Abstract

Thermodynamics potential of the double system of Hf– HfB is built by the method of pseudopotentials. Energy of thermal vibrations is calculated within the framework of model of Einstein with the use of value of energy of co-operation between atomic planes. Energy of mixing of the systems, which confirms the fact of formation of eutecticum, is appraised. The values of concentration of komponent and temperature are calculated in the point of eutecticum from the terms of a minimum of thermodynamics potential
