Abstract

The results of computer modeling of denting rigid spherical indenter in a thin copper film are submitted. Two kinds of a structural state of researched films are considered: defectless monocrystal and polycrystal with the size of a grain in some nanometers. It is established, that the hardness on Brinell depends on radius indenter, depth of indenting, roughness of a film and size of a grain.
