Abstract

On the base of the mathematical model of an elastic-plastic behavior of compressible material the nature of densification the powder wire on its drawing using computer simulation is investigated. At drawing route consisting of six passes with draft ratio of 8 – 14 % the continuous densification of shell material is shown to be observed while the density of core material decreases in the wire centre and starts its densification after six pass.
