Abstract

According to the results of computer simulation have been defined number of dislocations and misorientation angle of dislocation walls, resulting from the work of Frank-Read sources in the interaction with forest dislocations. The parameters of the walls, depending on the applied shear stress were calculated. Shown that the number of dislocations and the misorientation angle is linearly dependent on the external stress, but at high stress the number of dislocations begins to decrease sharply, and the angle of misorientation to increase.
