Abstract

Effect of joined alloying with Si and Al on a structure evolution and physical-mechanical properties of cast alloys based on the intermetallic α2-Ti3Al phase is studied. Domain structure is formed in Ti3(Al, Si) matrix depending on content of Si and Al with size increasing from 0,04 мкм in Ti-1Al-1Si alloy to 0,2 мкм in Ti-17Al-6Si alloy. Vicker"s hardness of alloys with different content of Al (11-17 %) increases against growing of concentration of Si nomonotonically. Alloys with equal content of Si and higher concentration of Al have the best heat resistance.
