Abstract

Paper deals with the admixture engineering theory for investigation the substitution`s micromechanisms of admixture elements, as a function of their donor/acceptor properties. The importance of mechanoactivation of an admixture centres into a powder systems is discussed. It was shown, that a compensatory-isomorphical substitutions in structural positions and formation CTC-defects of chemical nature may be done by the competitebilities admixture atoms from a row ones and it give rise to consolidates of powder particles or nanocrystals in common system.
