Abstract

V. Kindrachuk A crystallographic constitutive model is developed, which accounts for both rate-sensitive and rate-insensitive flow. It is applicable to fcc supercrystals subjected to arbitrary thermomechanical loading conditions at small strains. The Runge—Kutta explicit integration scheme is applied to integrate the evolution equations for internal variables. Special attention is devoted to the numerical procedure, since the set of active slip systems is unknown.
